Meet Your Holiday Farms Dietitian!
Elizabeth M. Madison, MA,  is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach. Providing nutrition and wellness services for almost ten years, she has a passion for helping people achieve permanent weight loss and optimal health using a whole person approach. Her clinical nutrition training, combined with an extensive background in counseling, enable her to develop effective strategies tailored to  match an individual’s personalities and  lifestyles.  She specializes in weight loss, diabetes and emotional eating.

Elizabeth’s mission at Holiday Farms is to ensure that customers’ have access to the best products and up-to-date nutrition and wellness information to support their health goals. She provides the following services:

Personalized Shopping Assistance
Need help finding the right foods to meet your dietary needs? Elizabeth can help you locate those items. If we don’t have them, we’ll order them!

Supermarket Tours
Elizabeth will provide free supermarket tours to any group of people, kids or adults. She will guide you through the aisles and identify the best foods to meet your weight and health goals. She will also suggest healthy meal and snack ideas.


Menu Ideas
Each week, Elizabeth will post new recipe ideas on the Holiday Farms website. Need a recipe modification? She can help with that!
