How to make it: 1. Always preheat first! 350 degrees 2. Slice up your strawberries, white onion, garlic and jalapenos. Then heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil in a small saucepan (medium heat). Add your garlic, jalapenos and onion; cook until tender which may take up to 5 minutes. Add in strawberries and 1 cup of BBQ sauce, turn heat to low and simmer for approximately 7 minutes to thicken. 3. Heat up a grill pan with 1 tbsp of oil, on medium-high heat. Add ribs and sear until browned with grill marks. 4. Cover your oven pan in foil and transfer ribs, then cover with a loose tent of foil. 5.
