Description
Thank you for helping us continue our mission to provide for the welfare of dogs and cats through shelter and adoption services, spaying and neutering vouchers, and human education. The Humane Society for Animals has held over 90,000 animals since it originally opened in 1972. Our facility at 1st and Nursery Rd. was built in 1980 and continuously houses a total of around 85 dogs and 20 cats.
Most of our cats and dogs are strays that have been dumped or abandoned. Others come from local animal control agencies and from people who can no longer care for them, that live in the county.

Could you share the following on your page? My nephew's dog got out while we were out of town this weekend and he's devastated. His name is Ruger, he's minpin-chihuahua mix and less than a year old. He was last seen off of B street in Rogers. Thank you
Brentt Tumey Brentt Our 6 month old Doberman puppy got out due to wind damage on our fence in the Avoca lake area out by Lakeway Estates, Guyll Ridge Road and East High Meadows. Hunters in the area, plz keep your eye out for him. If he screws your hunt up but you retrieve him, I'm sure our LARGE CASH $ REWARD will make up for it. Our 4 year old son is a wreck. Plz let us know if you see him. He had a chain collar on
