Description
We like our music loud, our food greasy, & our beer cold. You may not, & that's ok, we won't judge you, so don't judge us. It's who we are, & we like it. Our cafe is not your ordinary restaurant. We fit a category all our own. We make everything from scratch, including our breads, pastries, sauces, and condiments. We try to use as many local providers as possible, and sometimes that means our menu changes seasonally and occasionally our vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and meats are not available.
Our coffee is hand roasted with passion and precision to produce the finest batch of coffee with each varietal.
We use organic when possible and try to obtain ingredients that are clean and ethically raised.
