Can anyone tell me why YELP keep most of our restaurant customers 5 stars reviews to be “NOT RECOMMENDED”, we have 66 reviews on YELP are seen, most of them are bad, that is why keep our score at 3 stars. I checked on the NOT RECOMMENDED reviews, there are 54 of them. 95% of those reviews are 5 or 4 stars which you can still see some color. I called YELP, they said they had system to select those reviews. But I just told that YELP want me to do advertisement with them that way they will release some good reviews for people to see? What?
