*SHOE REVIEW* With all of our training groups in full swing, it is important to make sure you are wearing the proper footwear. Our staff has decided the best way to tell you about what we have available for you was to share experiences ourselves. Up first....Adidas Supernova! Enjoy! "For the longest time I trained in the same shoe year after year. So I decided to start switching it up and try different brands to truly find what I liked the most. After trying just about every shoe I could find, the Adidas Supernova was by far my favorite, especially with the recent updates. The Adidas Supernova is a Neutral, Responsive Mid to Long Distance trainer that I would recommend for anyone in a big training block. It is not only comfortable, but responsive as well which I really look for in my day to day training. The Adidas Supernova gives you a bouncy and athletic feel without dragging you down with weight. The Continental Rubber out sole is amazingly durable making for a long lasting shoe. I have put around 400-500 miles on my pair and still training. The one thing I didn't like about Adidas Supernova in the past was the upper, which they have now fixed. There is no more stitching which give the upper room to expand and breathe and gives an overall more comfortable feel for the whole shoe.
