White Maple Café is a seasonal American restaurant in downtown Ridgewood, NJ sourcing local and sustainable ingredients White Maple is an American café serving contemporary bistro cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. Created by Ryan Brining, who attended the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at Daniel in New York, White Maple provides quality eats and exceptional service in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
The café is open seven days a week serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. White Maple is a BYO that also serves wine by the bottle from Ventimiglia Vineyard (Wantage, NJ).
