The City of Richland Hills is building a new community center that will help to bring family, friends, fitness, and fun together. Municipal center that offers a full service fitness center, rental facilities, outdoor plaza, and a full compliment of programs for everyone in the family.

The program is an effort to assist local residents who need help resolving an issue with a state government agency.
