I’m a So Cal native, peanut butter junkie, and I am passionate about wellness fitness. I’ve been married to my amazing wife for over 8 years and we have two beautiful daughters. I’ve been a personal trainer in the South Bay area for over 10 years.
The reason I do Personal Training is this: I want to help change people’s lives through fitness.
In the past working as an EMT, I would be helping people on the worst day of their lives. My mission is to work with people well in advance of that day and prevent that from even happening.
I admit it’s never easy waking up early to hit the gym, but I do it because I know that it will help me keep up with my toddler and I’ll have more energy to do the things I am passionate about.
Whether your goals are to live longer, lose weight, get a flat stomach, have more energy to take on the day, feel empowered, make better choices for your family, keep up with your kids, I want to help you get there.
