East Lake Sammamish residence under construction- before and after a massive difference. The existing home has less than 8' ceilings on the main floor which I have increased to 11' ceilings. The geometry of the existing home lent itself to a very contemporary update. We shot a before drone video and will shoot a final as well.

Here is the before of a project I have started in Kirkland this is going to be a stunning transformation. I love this house and this location in Houghton. Amazing views of Lake Wa views and with the new master suite addition even more lake views. It will be a 5 bedroom 5,000sf contemporary- attached is a before and a very rough model of the concept. It will include a wine cellar, a theater, potential Nanny's quarters. This house when completed with be offered at $1.6million.

The movie Captain Fantastic is finally being widely released. Some of it was filmed in a home I designed a remodel/addition for in my neighborhood. I am looking forward to finally seeing the movie

This is a remodel/addition I did in Bellevue that has completed. the yard is in and it is looking great. Great clients with excellent taste on an amazing lot with views. Check out the cantilevered deck off of the master bedroom on the right side, it is roughly 12' deep with a stunning views of Lake Wa & Mercer Island.

New Proejct- This stunning Kirkland remodel just getting started on a Classic 1950's showpiece on a large lot filled with mature evergreens and undergrowth. A true sanctuary property that we are going to give new life- We are going to finish the basement adding a guest suite and a media space- expand the master suite add a couple baths, add an office to the carport and fine tune the entire home inside an out to match the new owner's impeccable taste. We will also do the landscape design to bring this classic to the top of its potential.
