This week Chef Mary has sourced some of our amazing Central Oregon Morel mushrooms to feature in our special! On deck this week, wild mushroom raviolis tossed in a cognac cream sauce and topped with fresh Morel's ... a Morel salad on top of the raviolis! Oh my ... so good and quantities are limited as many of you know these little gems can be hard to find!
