At All out Fitness we don’t just workout, we go ALL OUT! We offer group fitness classes, express workouts and host our legendary 12-Week Fitness Challenge. All Out Fitness is a program of Maine Isshinryu Karate Academies in Randolph, Maine.If you are ready to lose weight, gain muscle, lean down or just want a fun place to work out with an amazing group of people, come check us out! We accommodate all fitness levels and encourage diversity in our fitness classes.
