Description
After six successful years, Tribe Body (formerly Dance on The Edge) moved from the The Edge Health club, in Ramsey, to our new 5000 sq. ft. studio! We offer a unique range of exercise and fitness classes that span a number of exercise disciplines.
Our class schedule includes the following exercise disciplines:

This past Saturday we held our annual Tribe Generation Showcase. Both shows were professionally filmed and DVD/Blu Ray formats are available through May 15th. The high-definition video includes a wide range of choreography / music, solo performances from our graduating seniors, dance pieces featuring Tribebody teachers, and a very memorable final set.
