Our purpose is to be a place where we create a positive change in the daily lives of our community. We are our members’ “third place” – the community outside of home and work that they choose to spend their time with.
We do what we do in order to give people a purpose and to help them find themselves. We do what we do to show people they can overcome negative self-doubt and prove negative social influences wrong.

18.2 in the books! Our Athlete winner this week was Andrew Miller who took home a bottle of the best tasting fish oil around; Puori O3 liquid fish oil! Fish oil is an excellent way to keep inflammation down and promote recovery for sore muscles, which after 18.2/18.2a is much needed! #makepainpainless
