Where Agricola has introduced a refined sensibility rooted in the idea of “putting food first,” with such an iconic space as The Dinky Station, the actual offerings of the bar can seem almost secondary. Agricola’s house-made charcuterie, bar snacks fresh from the farm, and focused small plates are just the beginning.
