mGm my Grades matter,Encourage parents to invest in your child education. mGm---my Grades matter was founded by Marilyn Williams. I am the wife of Pastor Kenneth Williams, a mother to Kendrick and Kereshia, a grandmother and a Minister of the Gospel. My concerns about the schools grew greatly when my twin grandchildren, Hezekiah and Hannah, started  school. This opened up concerns for other schools in the community as well.



This is a fast-paced, microwave electronic world that is taking away the most valuable thing in our children's lives, their education. mGm---my Grades matter is designed to refocus, to empower and to encourage the parent and the child. It helps us to know that education requires both to work as a team and to build a Smart child, one child at a time. This will only happen by going back to the basics: reading, writing and doing homework together, using study time before playing, and developing a parent and teacher rapport. It's all a team effort to help raise up a child who knows how to exercise their brain by applying the adequate amount of time in their school work so they can EXCEL IN THEIR EDUCATION.



mGm---my Grades matter is  a seed, being planted into the parent and child so that one day when our children or grandchildren have graduated from high school and college, the world will recognize that our children were raised with a TEAM EFFORT.

Habakkuk 2:2-3

2 And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
