🚨ANNIVERSARY ALERT🚨 Elizabeth ( KJ ) Demich Group Facilitator/Case Manager KJ joined the Foundations team in 2016. She has worked with the chemical dependent and co-occurring population in various settings for over 14 years. She has dedicated the last 16 years encouraging and empowering people with addictions, starting with her own personal journey in recovery. She brings to the Foundations Wellness clients a realistic and enthusiastic approach to the 12 Steps. She focuses on the common difficulties they will be facing as they embark on their new recovery journey. We want to wish KJ a very happy anniversary as she just surpassed sixteen years of continuous sobriety. We love you KJ and we hope the next sixteen years are filled with joy and happiness. 💚💚💚

The road wasn’t easy for Jordan and there were many slip ups, but she persevered to find recovery. Steve has had many ups and downs through his time in recovery, but one thing never wavered. His faith in his higher power, and the 12 step fellowship he chose to call home. Steve came to us as an IOP client fresh out of prison. Knowing he needed extra accountability as he transitioned back to the real world, Steve cleared the wreckage of his past and now lives a life free of the bondage of self. Congratulations on your continuous sobriety Steve! We are all so proud of you!💚💚💚
