Chelsea Place Adult Day Care is located north of Punta Gorda in Port Charlotte, Florida. We provide daytime activities for seniors in a fun social environment. Our designated programs provide seniors with an array of physical and social activities, live music, group exercises while giving their families the peace of mind they deserve.
