ADK Bread Co is co-founded by us, Madison and Christopher. We are so excited to be making a little "dough" on the side during our undergrad. We began selling loaves of delicious, scratch-made crusty bread to our classmates. The bread became an instant hit!
Due to increased community interest, our small bread business is becoming larger than we had ever anticipated. We want to be able to better serve our customers, and have many ideas on how to do so!
Recently we have invested in more equipment and supplies to keep up with rising (pun intended) demand!
Currently we offer free next day delivery on all of our loaves. We have started reaching out to local vendors, as we would love to see our bread available to the public in downtown Plattsburgh.
