Saturday, June 2nd 8AM-12PM Minnies Food Pantry and 150 volunteers will come together to provide food/snack items to over 700 families with school aged children. These families receive free/reduced meals through school sponsored programs and with summer break right around the corner, will have to find alternate ways to supplement those meals while school is out! At Minnie’s Food Pantry, we know that Hunger doesn’t take a vacation! We will remove the worries from parents trying to find a way to provide the additional breakfasts and lunches for their children by distributing enough meals to last the summer months. The event is one for the entire family, with a live DJ, and all sorts of fun activities for the little ones! #families #served. Wednesday - great start to our service week! Ambit Energy, Bank of AmericaFannie Mae, Even Stevens, Rexel USA, received 5 trucks, prepared 164 boxes and served 102 families. The “manpower” was phenomenal!

#monday #madness McAfee spent Monday morning with us! There was a lot of singing, some dancing and a lot of good work was accomplished. These wonderful volunteers sorted 9 pallets , emptied 5 trucks and donated 525 meals! Please come back soon!

We flew today, although it wasn’t in an airplane it was thru a great day of service! It’s always a great time when they are here. 5 pallets, 134 boxes prepared, 90 families and over 5000 meals in the community. Thanks American Airlines!
