Full Circus Farm CSA is a giraffe-powered organic vegetable farm and fruit tree nursery in Pine Plains, NY Full Circus Farm is a CSA, which stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Members pay in advance for a "share" of the harvest and receive a weekly assortment of veggies. Farmers and CSA members share in the risk and bounty of each season. Shares contain a diverse assortment of what's ripe for harvest that week: salad greens, herbs, tomatoes, snap peas, kale-- the list is very long! The season runs from June to November (22 weeks) and weekly pick-ups are held on the farm on Saturday mornings from 8 to 11am or Tuesday evenings from 5 to 7pm. Full shares cost $600 per year, and half-shares are $375. A newsletter with recipes comes along with your share every week. Questions, comments?
