We consider each person that enters our doors a friend.  Some have been customers so long, they are more like family.  The Frostop has been serving Picayune since 1951.  It is currently owned and operated by Timothy and Dwayne Kellar.  We are the third generation in our family to own this restaurant.  We have been serving the same food for over 60 years and appreciate your many years of patronage.
