We don't just take listings so we can throw our sign on your property and get free advertising. We take listings to get them sold. Sold quickly and for the highest price the market will allow.  

We don't lock you in to a year long listing. If a company allows your home sit on the market for a year, they are doing you a disservice. The longer a home sits, the lower the sale price will be.
