Happy Monday friends! Can you believe PFISD starts back next week?? We hope everyone had a fantastic summer. A few reminders: •PSCS "Meet the Teacher" & Orientation is (next) Friday, September 1st! You should be getting a phone call from your child's teacher sometime next week! •School starts Tuesday, September 5th & Wednesday, September 6th. Don't forget to send a water bottle, snack & lunch! Enjoy the rest of your summer breaks, we cannot wait to see all of your smiling faces! 😊💙 “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6
We ended summer camp with homemade ice cream! Thank you to all of families that were able to join us for this years camps! We hope you all had fun. 😊 Our school will be closed next week.....we're getting our floors nice & clean for the new school year! We will be back August 15th! Enjoy the rest of your summer. ❤️

Our last week of summer camp is in full swing! Summer fun to kick off the last month. We have our huge water slide coming today, so don't forget your water clothes! (and a change of clothes, too) 🌴☀️ In other news..... Congratulations to Ms. Anna and her family as they welcomed baby Isaiah into the world on Sunday! He's absolutely perfect & Ms. Anna is doing great! We can't wait to meet him. 💙
The "older" scientists experimented with baking soda and vinegar today! The 3's & 4's mixed up some marshmallow play dough. Turns out some experiments can be safe to eat & play with!
Have you ever mixed yeast, dish soap, water and hydrogen peroxide together? Well, we did today! We called it "elephant toothpaste".....our little scientist' enjoyed every second of this chemical reaction! We're also in the process of creating a "walking rainbow"! *update on the gummy bear growing experiment.....the bears vanished in the water & as for our egg in the vinegar, it looks like the shells are slowing breaking apart!
Science Camp is all about experiments & messes! We've made bubble socks, clouds & rain in a jar, bouncy balls, rock crystals, were attempting to grow gummy bears and even seeing what happens if you let an egg sit in vinegar! And, it's only Tuesday!!! 👨🏻🔬👩🏼🔬
