Authentic hand tossed NY/NJ Pizza and Italian Restaurant We are the Ayala family. Born and raised in a small town in New Jersey.
Our father, Pancho Ayala, found his way to New York City from Puerto Rico at the age of 15.
He started his pizza career shortly after. For the next 50 years, he perfected his craft of
hand tossed pizza.
He has handed down his talents to us, his children, Christine, Charles and Cory. We three make up
Triple C Enterprises (owner of La Mia Casa).
We take pride in preserving our father's history and legacy as we learn from him.
