Wine Dinner Menu: Soup - Chilled Strawberry soup Salad – Spring pea salad, radish, avocado, roasted hazelnuts basil vinaigrette Starter- Goat cheese crostini, honey fig jam Entrée - Seared halibut, meyer lemon risotto, gremolata Dessert – Gateau Au Chocolate w/ sea salt and olive oil The wines chosen by Stan will be posted soon.
