At Luma Fitness, we specialize in group training for all levels and abilities.  We are open 7 days a week and offer over 65 classes throughout the week to meet the demands of a busy schedule.

The Coaches at Luma Fitness integrate a wide variety of cutting edge training methods throughout each session that are programmed specifically by that Coach.  NO TWO CLASSES ARE THE SAME.  Each  one is unique and is carefully structured to maximize the physical potential of any individual, regardless of your fitness goals!

Luma Fitness is Home to the original SPD Factory Athletic Training Program - We are dedicated to maximizing athletic performance and reducing the potential for injury through a comprehensive training program that develops speed and explosive power for every athlete.
