Brewster's is Petaluma's first outdoor dining and beer garden experience. Featuring local craft beers paired with BBQ inspired fare. Brewster's is Petaluma’s newest outdoor dining and beer garden experience. Brewster’s is a family owned restaurant with the goal of creating a garden or park-like setting where friends and families can feel relaxed while enjoying a meal or drinking a beer outside. Featuring a mix of outdoor and open-air canopy protected area (giving protection from the elements) our garden will offer picnic table family style seating, a fire pit, trees and bocce ball.
FOOD, BEER & WINE
Our menu will consist of BBQ focused foods, which will be paired with local artisan brews, and a wine program featuring Californian as well as international selections. By serving BBQ we know we must treat this age old tradition with care and respect. Our BBQ will come from both our smoker, and our mesquite wood grill. We will feature ribs, sausages, hamburgers, rotisserie chicken, pulled pork sliders, tri-tips, as well vegetarian BBQ options that will make the most voracious carnivore’s mouth water.
We are teaming up with our favorite local artisan beer crafters, and will also have a respectable wine program that compliments our BBQ focused cuisine.
We will also be working with local food trucks, allowing them to park in the garden, offering guests an additional food option. Trucks will rotate weekly.
