Stations are set up for tomorrow morning. We open early at 9 am and the science stations will be set up till noon. Free admission during the event, so stop in for some fun science.

Saturday Family Science

There is a lot going on in Parsons tomorrow, but don't forget the FREE family science day at Curious Minds!

Busy day today, March 2nd, at the museum. We have Toddler Time at 10:30 am, Dr. Curious Lab at 4:00 pm, Late Toddler Time at 5:30 pm and we are open till 7 pm. We are excited for a day of crafting and science fun!

We had another great Dr. Curious Lab last week. This week we will learn about sound and make homemade drums. Stop by Thursday at 4:00 pm to join the fun.

Saturday Family Science

We are busy getting the stations ready for this fun filled event. We hope to see everyone on March 4th.

We will be added a Toddler story time to our Thursday open late night. On March 2nd we will be reading "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss. After we read the book out loud the kids can complete a craft related to the book. Activities will begin around 5:30 pm. There is not an extra cost to participate in the Toddler Time.

Today for Toddler Time we had a great time reading "Too Much Glue". Using a guy outline, sheet protector, glue, more glue, and random craft supplies we created our own glue guy. After the glue dries the kids will be able to pull their creation off the sheet protector to admire their beautiful masterpiece. You can join us every Thursday at 10:30 am for Toddler Time. Special thanks to SEK CAP and Parents as Teachers for joining us today.

Last week for Dr. Curious Lab we had five little scientist. With some simple supplies we created an electrical circuit to light up a light on a piece of paper. This week, February 16, we will be making a simple glider. The fun began at 4:00 pm. There is no extra cost to participate...just admission into the museum.
