Register at: http://newsandsentinelhalfmarathon.com/page/category.detail/nav/5005/Register-to-run.html The half marathon race begins in downtown Parkersburg at 8 a.m. and the two-mile will immediately follow. The half marathon course will take you out of the city and into the scenic surroundings of W.Va. before looping back into the commercial area. You will finish the race to the cheers of thousands of spectators lined up on Market Street prior to the Parkersburg Homecoming Festival Parade. The minimum age to participate is 15. There is no race day registration
