Meet Google Drive – One place for all your files

All, The following things need to be done to ensure your forms for encampment are complete: 1. Please make sure that all of your forms were uploaded separate, but complete. Please only scan in one document at a time, but make sure that all pages of that document are included. There were some forms that only had one out of two pages, or all of the forms were in one document. Please make sure only one form is uploaded into the correct spot on the registration website. 2. Ensure that all of the signature blocks are filled out, especially by your squadron commander. Please make sure that the CAPF 31 is filled out completely and has your signature, your parents, and your squadron commanders. After you sign all of the forms, please upload these onto the website. (Squadron Commander approval via email is acceptable, Squadron Commanders emails should be sent to the Enc Commander, Vice Commander, and Commandant) 3. Please ensure that all of your forms are legible and clear. Some forms were blurry or unreadable. Make sure that your form is uploaded in the clearest way possible. 4. Double check to make sure that all of your forms are uploaded. If they are not, please upload them ASAP. Attached is a rock wall activity form to be brought with you at check-in. 5. As a best practice ensure to bring properly filled out forms to encampment in-processing. As a reminder: Don't forget to bring any medications (like epi pens and allergy medicine) and items from the packing list. We look forward to meeting you at Wright State University Saturday. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4yW7TTiDgHQOVV5TU1mZE5WSUE
