Russian Kettle Bell Swing Demo. If you are having trouble with the Russian Kettle Bell Swing, check this video out for proper form and cues. Remember the RKBS is not an arm movement or a squat. Elevation of the kettle bell is generated through the power of the hips, not the arms. Hope this helps!

Our life change story features Brandon Boudin from Trinity Fitness Melbourne. I first visited Trinity Fitness in August 2016 after relocating from Greenville, SC. Although we were moving back close to family, it was a hard transition because of the amazing community we were a part of while living in Greenville. Trinity Fitness has been a catalyst for our family in finding a healthy thriving community of people that are not only battling together, but praying together and doing life together. Through Trinity Fitness I have found friends that not just challenge and keep me accountable physically, but more importantly, spiritually. In March 2017 I was honored to be asked to become a trainer. I accepted and have been so grateful for the opportunity to serve each and every person that walks through the doors of the gym. Trinity Fitness truly is more than a gym!
