Have you heard of WE Day? It's the culminating event of the WE movement, a celebration of young people committed to making a difference. Since 2007, the WE Charity has raised more than $45 million for local and global causes. And this year, Riverside Preparatory High School's ASB received tickets to send a group of students to the event this April in Los Angeles! This is an exciting opportunity for our students, and we'll have more information to share about how they were selected and what the experience is like later. To learn more about the WE movement and how to contribute to the cause, check out the website here:

We are proud of the way our students chose to participate in the nationwide student walkout protesting gun violence. At 10:00 am the student led group respectfully gathered at the flag pole of the district office for 17 minutes of silence along with a student led prayer. Students then respectfully returned to the middle and high school campus to resume their day.
