Good Morning and Happy Monday!!!!🔥 Our 6 Week Challengers are officially HALF WAY THROUGH and seeing some AMAZING changes!! WOW! Each week we have a Work of the Week for them and here is this weeks... This week is about Perseverance! 👉Let’s talk about “The Dip” ​This will be the most important thing you'll read right now, so take two minutes… First off, we’re just past our halfway point on our challenge but I want to congratulate you. Most people don’t even take enough action toward improving their health and fitness to even SIGN UP for a program. But you’re different. You’re a go getter, an action taker---you MAKE things happen rather than waiting for it. Now, just like with anything you first start, excitement is through the roof, you’re motivated and fired up and nothing can stop you. That’s what’s fueling you in the beginning. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, motivation starts to fade---this isn’t just you. This is normal. It’s what we call “The Dip” 🔥But someone once told me that... anyone can put the work in when they feel like it. That’s easy. But the difference between people who are successful at anything they do is that they do the necessary work, even when they DON’T feel like it! Now you might not FEEL like grocery shopping or meal prepping, waking up to get to bootcamp or whatever is necessary to reach your goals, but you need to remember WHY you’re doing what you’re doing. During orientation, we gave you a Success Handbook and in it there were question on WHY you made the decision to make a positive change in your health and fitness… Take a minute, dig deep and really think about your WHY. ​✔️It could just be for yourself, to have a greater feeling of self-confidence. ✔️​It could be for your kids or grandkids, to be around long enough to watch them grow up and have kids of their own. ✔️​It could be to have the energy to play with kids or grandkids without getting winded. ✔️​It could be to finally get off the massive line up of medications and finally kick high-cholesterol and high blood pressure to the curb. ​✔️Or it could be to prevent the heart disease or diabetes that you are genetically prone to… ​ 💥WHATEVER IT IS… Remember your WHY and keep it close. That’s what’s going to get you through the last couple weeks of this challenge and help you create a lifestyle for yourself and your family that you can be proud of! 💪Stay Focused and Don’t Quit. Happy Monday! (and start of Week 3 for our 6 Week Challengers!) � As you know, each week at bootcamp, we have a word of the week—and this week is about ACTION! 🔥There’s a saying I love, “You only get results for DONE.” All the preparation, learning of information, planning, “waiting for the right time” doesn’t make a difference, IF YOU DON’T TAKE ACTION! 👉ACTION = RESULTS You must take the necessary actions to receive the outcome you want. There is no substitute for simply putting in the required work. If you have been planning or waiting for a time to get fit but never took the proper action to make it happen, then the idea of it is worthless. You only get results for actually DOING. 💥This week, I want to inspire you to finally TAKE ACTION on the thing you’ve been putting off—even if you feel unprepared. Like Nike says... Just do it!💥 Sure it may be scary or uncomfortable, but has anything good come into your life as a results of you staying in your comfort zone? 😉 Let us know how we can help make this your best week yet!

Happy Monday! 👊🏼 It’s another new week which means another opportunity to rise up and be better, even if it’s by a little bit. Slow progress is still progress! Last week, our word of the week was Detox and it was about removing the people and things from your life that don’t allow you to get to your fullest potential and reach your goals. 💥This weeks Word of the Week is SUPPORT! Having the support of family, friends or fellow bootcampers is critical to reaching your goals. What you’re trying to accomplish is not easy to do alone. You're on the path to greatness and you need people that are going to encourage you and believe in you AND we need to be that person for others as well. 👉I want you to really think about who it is in your life that supports what you are doing. It could be your spouse, one of your kids, a co-worker, or a fellow bootcamper. Whatever it is you’re trying to accomplish in your career, at home, with your health and fitness, you need to create a circle of people who encourage you rather than bring you down. 🔥Now this week is about going out and STRENGTHENING those relationships because that support is what’s going to help you get through the rough patches. Tell them thank you for supporting your goals. Find an accountability partner and exchange numbers so you can help each other succeed! Tell them THANK YOU for being that person in your life. ✔️Lastly and most importantly, BE THAT PERSON for someone else! Encourage and show them that you believe in them! Be the shining light in their life! Sometimes all someone needs is for someone else to believe in them a little more than they do! ❓Who is the supportive person in your life?
