Nondescript Kölsch: To start this one off, we milled a not-too-much but not-too-little amount of grain, introduced that to some hot water, and before you could say Kölsch Konvention, we dry hopped it with HBC 369 hops (which the kids call Mosaic these days). In the end we sorta, kinda made a Kölsch beer that isn’t quite meh, but also isn’t blah. It’s actually totally delicious, but in a somewhat nondescript kinda way.
