We are gearing up for bierock production in our kitchen. If you've never tried bierocks you are in for a treat. A bierock features a cooked filling of lean ground beef, chopped onion, grated carrots and cabbage seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. This delicious mixture is encased in homemade bread dough and baked to perfection. Bierocks freeze well. In fact, that's the way we sell them. Packs of four are $12. Reserve yours now by calling or texting Bob at 816-560-5090 or replying in comments. Be sure to let us know how many packs you want and we'll let you know when they are ready for pick up at our home in west Olathe. We are estimating next Friday, the 20th.
