Can’t wait till the @crossfitgames QUALIFIER. This workout came down to forearm and leg management for me. Breathing felt good, small release of breath on the bottom and pause breath at top in later rounds was the 🔑 for me. Chop up your Pull-ups in 3-4 sets in later rounds. Too much Time under tension will not be a favorable result.
