Villagers....The pool and hot tub are both closed for repairs. Because both are closed, the pool areas will be closed today as well.

Good morning villager's....We are having water issues again today, and parts of 8,9,10,11, and sunshine will be shut down for the next few hours

Villager's...The water is off for a short time for an emergency repair on 10th street......Should be back on in the next hour.

Great news villager's.........The new pool heater is installed and is heating the pool back up right now.....Water temps should reach mid 80's by tomorrow morning.....

New pool heater ordered, and will be installed Monday, Tuesday at the latest.

We have some bad new villagers....The pool heater, which we just replaced just over 2 years ago, has experienced catastrophic failure, and at this point will need to be replaced...I am working feverishly to get approval for the money so we can hopefully have a new heater installed Monday or Tuesday.......

Good morning Villager's.....The pool heat is still not working. We contacted the gas company that maintains the heaters on Monday morning, but tomorrow is their first available time they have a repair technician available. This is not normal for Calkins gas, as they usually are able to get to us within a day or two at most, so please bear with us until they get here.

Good afternoon villagers........All washers and dryers are now back in operation and repaired.

Villagers....... FYI there are 2 washers and one dryer that are not working properly in the laundry room. We have repair services coming next Thursday to repair them, but in the meantime there are non working signs on the machines.......

With so many visitors here in the village during the holiday season, please take a moment to remember some important guidelines here in the community......You, the resident, must accompany all visitors, guests, and non resident family members to the pool and hot tub area at all times....No one under the age of 18 should be in the hot tub, and the pool and hot tub close at dark without exception. Thank you for your cooperation with these guidelines.

Villager's......The Lake Village office will be closed on Monday December 26th for the Christmas holiday......The office will close at 5pm today, and will reopen on Tuesday December 27th at 8am.
