Bob and Richelle Ward, Realtors We are a husband and wife real estate team since 2001. We started our real estate careers with Prudential Connecticut Realty and are now with Coldwell Banker Residential Services. We are five time winners of the Top Service Provider award as well as numerous other awards for top sales production. In essence, we provide great service to our clients and we do a lot of real estate.

We hold ABR, e-Certifications, and Relocation Certifications. Richelle is the former chairperson for the Education Committee for the Newtown Board of Realtors and the past technology representative for our office. Bob held the position of a State Director for the Newtown Board of Realtors for two years.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, we were in senior management of a Fortune 500 contracting and construction division based in New York City and serving markets nationwide. Bob was the youngest corporate officer of the parent company in their history, as well as Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Richelle headed up all administrative services for the most profitable division of the company.

We live in Newtown, and volunteer our time and talents to various local charities.
