This is my Culinary Dojo.  A place for you guys to come and hang out, sample a bunch of different cuisine, and just chill.   This obviously is NOT a restaurant, and I, by any stretch of the imagination, am NOT a chef.  I created this page to better "showcase" some of the foods I make at home.  I am constantly trying to improve my HOBBY, and I love having friends/family come by, hang and cook with me.  I hope you all enjoy some of the pics, and if you ever want the recipes, just ask.  I have zero problem getting them to you along with any pointers I think may help.  Also, if there is anything you want me to make/try out, don't hesitate to suggest it!

Also, I will do some catering requests, but due to my "9-5", I have to keep these requests to a minimum and will not be able to take every request. (But I will try!)
