Rooster Co. reflects the farm-to-table living with hometown cooking. Chef K.C. Ward serves both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures incorporating rotisserie style chicken. The results are creatively designed with seasonal, quality ingredients and crafted with time-honored techniques of the modern day kitchen.
We offer a little bit of everything, from our specialty- locally sourced pasture raised organic chicken, brine’d and spit roasted- to customer favorites like Charred Brussels Sprouts, Allen Bros Strip Steak, S. Philly Cheese ‘Sangwiches’ and decadent desserts. We also have a full bar with craft Rooster Co cocktails, draft beer and wine to complete your meal.
The restaurant offers lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and brunch and dinner on Sunday, with the choice of bar or dining room seating, along with a seasonal patio and private dining space with a great local view. Come check out what the buzz is all about!

Fun Fact: Jimmy Nardello peppers first came to the US with the Nardello family after settling in Naugatuck CT (right down the road!) in 1887, bringing their favorite heirloom seeds with them from Italy!
