Job Duties • To serve the people of our community and provide excellent customer service • Assist marketing department in up coming campaigns • Having a professional & can do attitude on the phone • Scan documents into database, utilizing available software and hardware. • Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned documents. • Organize and file records and documents. • Help office staff by answering calls and scheduling services • Maintaining digital and paper records. • Permitting • Performs additional office support duties as assigned.
