Mike Policastro is the owner & operator of Phoenix Construction & Design.  He began in 1975 with a small family-based construction company, specializing in residential renovations & later custom swimming pools.
In 1986, he made the move to form an independent contracting company.  Named for the everlasting symbol of excellence ~ Phoenix Construction.
