Eric's post from Slowtwitch fitting camp today: Paul Swift is teaching his bike fit seminar today. We are working on the critical podiatry of cycling. Working with Christine, a rider who had had debilitating foot pain until now. We seem to have a fix!

Eric's daily post from California this week: Out for a morning sunrise run at the Slowtwitch fitting camp. The name of the compound is Xantusia (see sign). Xantusia is a local species of lizard. Slowtwitch is the the renown school for bike fitting captained by Dan Empfield. Today I am charged with fitting Anno, a gentleman from Holland. I am staying at the B+B on the property that is run by legendary triathlete Mark Montgomery. Mark regaled us with a story of organizing and holding the first ever triathlon in China, in the early 80's. This is a great place, just the view, let alone the state of the art information, makes it impossible to not be psyched. I can't wait to bring back any information that will help our riders!
