Our goal is to help you get to a healthier place! Being fit is being able to say YES to Life. Yes to whatever you want to do. Oh yes you can! Staffed Hours: M-F 11:30am until at least 7:30pm and most Saturday's 7:00am until at least 2pm. Please ask about a FREE 2 WEEK PASS!
Why 2 weeks? Because we believe it's important to really get a feel for the place where you're going to be spending Quality Time! We're committed to helping you not just start your fitness journey, but to build a healthy lifestyle that includes consistency and FUN!
Sure we offer all the typical equipment you expect to see in a gym, but we go way beyond that with lots of free group classes and 200+ virtual classes in our state of the art studio.
Why virtual? Because you just might want to take a Kick boxing, Cycling or Yoga class at 2am (the studio, like our club, is open and available 24/7!).
