WOD #3 Farmers Walks & Rowing That's it?! 75m Farmers Walk (Bars) Row for Calories 75m Farmers Walk (Bars) Row for Calories 75m Farmers Walk (Bars) Rx Male 30 Cal/Female 20 Cal Masters Male 20 Cal/Female 15 Cal Performance Male 20 Cal/Female15 Cal Fitness Female10 Cal Weight on the Farmers Walk Bars: I hesitate to put the weights per level on here. Some of you that have not used these kind of bars will think that it is going to be too heavy. If you've never use these kind of bars before they are pretty cool. You can put a lot of weight on there and still move them well. The weight that I have programed for each level is very doable. It's the same weight that we use in our programming all the time at e8.

Individual Comptetion Early Bird sign-up $40 After March 31st $50 1 day-3 WOD's All of the workouts will be realeased before the end of this month. Don't miss out on the Early Bird special price. Free Throwdown t-shirt with each registration. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be able to pick prizes from Rock Tape, Progenex, and others. There will be 3 levels like normal. Rx, Performance and Fitness all with male and female categories. If I can get at least 4-5 interested in the Masters Level (40+) I will consisder adding that level also. If you are normally Rx then go with that level. If you are right under that and have to scale off the Rx weight normally then go Perfomance level. If you are somewhat a beginner or new to cometition you might consider Fitness level.
