WINTER PARKING BAN LIFTED: The Winter Parking Ban is now lifted. Parking is allowed on many City streets between the hours of 1:00 am and 7:00 am. A big thank-you .... Major all-night snowbank removal last night to clear off our streets and help people reach homes, shops and other locals.
