Session 1-on-1 or Group Simona Yoga by Dharma Devi has been founded by Dharma Devi in 2012 in L.A., but since 2014 Dharma has moved to Montclair, NJ where she continues has work and light-worker.
Through Simona Yoga, Dharma serves humanity by teaching privately and to group the following disciplines:
~ Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
~ Shakti Dance as taught by Sara Avtar
~ Rasa Healing as taught by Dharma Devi
Dharma offers session in both in Montclair and NYC.
You can join one of her group classes or request a private session with her.
Provate Session are designed on your specific needs, goals and intention for this reason Dharma requires a free 30 minutes over the phone session before you book your session to set your intention and decide the best path to take.
Dharma brings over 30 years of experience in her individual and group classes, merging her experience of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance.
As Healer Dharma has been trained in several techniques since the age of 16, and now she facilitate healing process through her very unique and specific modality.
