Description
Changing lives, changing our community, and changing the world for Christ. Our congregation is composed of all ages which provides a rich mixture of opportunities for fellowship. Programs which emphasize the importance of each age group are provided. We support our children and youth through Sunday school, Area 345, UMYF and more. Our Fun Folks, our 50+ group, meets monthly with a variety of activities. The Music and Fine Arts Ministries of FUMCMC provide vocal, instrumental and dramatic performance opportunities for all ages.
While our church is a large church, we strive to maintain the “small church family” atmosphere. Each person is made to feel welcome, and that they have a place here. We are happy that you chose to worship with us, and hope that you will find your church home at First United Methodist Church Missouri City.

Last night was the first of three combined choir rehearsals for the choirs of FUMC Dickinson, FUMC Missouri City and FUMC Pasadena in preparation for Annual Conference on May 29. Its only the warmup but you can tell how great the music is going to sound! Make plans to attend the Ordination Service.
