Description
Reach for Resources, Inc. provides services that maximize independence, promote community involvement, and improve physical and mental well-being. Our services:
Therapeutic Recreation: adaptive athletics, fitness classes, social programs, dances and more to help children, teens, and adults make friends, stay active, and recreate in the community. Over 1000 people served annually.
Community Living and Employment Support: we help adults with disabilities live on their own, find jobs, learn to be independent and thrive. Over 200 people served each year.
Mental Health Support: counseling services, case management, and support groups to treat mental health issues. 170-200 people served each year.
Information, advocacy, and referral: we help individuals and families find the services, support, and resources they need to be successful and overcome barriers related to disabilities. Over 4500 individuals, families, professionals, schools and organizations served each year via telephone, newsletters, e-news, and community outreach.
